In the Nordic market (like the rest of the world), there are copies of Ruyans e-cigarettes. In many cases, sellers of of the copy products are not themselves aware of that they are breaking the law. The suppliers of products that are copies say that they have design and / or utility patented products. This may be true, this type of patent is granted to anyone for almost any product within a few weeks in the Republic of China. Ruyans innovation patent has shown in that these design and / or utility patents do not hold up in court. Ruyans products are also thoroughly tested. Each component of the products is tested in independent laboratories around the world. We find it hard to believe the manufacturers of the copies will do the same rigorous testing. So be careful with what product you buy, if it is not from Ruyan.
Even in the Swedish TV show Draknästet in 2009 a copy of the e-cigarette was shown. The person with the copycat product tried to sell the copy in the TV show. The person refuses to share the product so that we can prove infringement of patents or apologize for the accusation that may be if we were wrong. With the help of Scandinavia's leading patent law firm, Nordic Eco smoke will in the future contact those who sell copies in the Nordic countries. If nothing else, we will with legal assistance remove these copies from the market.
